Sauna

Our cosy little Sauna is fitted out in traditional wooden panelling, has heated rocks to let you generate as much steam as you like. Full instructions are provided for those not familiar with using the Sauna. It is advisable to phone and book ahead to ensure it is fully heated before you arrive.

Use of the Sauna is free for Gold and Silver members of the Centre.
